- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a Military and First Responder Discount of 10% off my rates per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out with a message and then briefly discuss their needs and wants from a particular job they are requesting. Then I like to follow up with a phone call to discuss in more detail so they are more informed, as well as me being more informed. This allows me to ensure I can meet their needs and wants. Little details matter the most.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing lawn maintenance my entire life since I was a child and have always enjoyed doing it. If I have questions or concerns I cannot meet a perspective customers needs I will discuss with them.
