It is hard to find someone who is as knowledgeable about nutrition, how it may interact with certain medications, and the research behind it as Ms. Perry. Erik is very knowledgeable, professional, motivational, and very responsive. His personalized training plan was easy to follow and I made noticeable gains in a short amount of time. Even with my various past injuries and shortcomings, he made a plan I could stick to and really get a lot out of. His nutrition plan - though it is a lot of meal prepping - complemented the training plan wonderfully. I was really worried about not being able to keep it up on my own afterward, but surprisingly have been able to keep losing weight and keep building muscle following a lot of what he started.
