FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and the value exceeds the cost. I have to laugh right now, even when answering this question I had to use 50 words minimum. My first sentence answered it for me. Just like my 2he session will solve most any issue you will experience with your dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first start with their needs, goals, and expectation for a finished product. I am not after the dollar I am after a customer that understands what it takes to get them the dog/companion they set out to have when they brought that bundle home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At this point 40 years of experience! I was trained years ago at a full service dog training facility. The woman that I learned from is now since past yet at the time she was the “sought” after trainer in her day. She had the top people in the industry as her clients. I learned basic obedience, competition obedience, confirmation handling, guard dog training and services. K9 training and handling, we provided dogs for TV & Movies, talk shows. The list goes on. I am always looking for anything that will make me a better trainer and dog owner so to pass it onto my clients.
