  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing may be subject to change. and packages can always be adjusted to suit needs. Earlier bookings are generally cheaper than last minute.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is to determine what the customer is looking for in a booth, including things such as the type and timing. Once that's determined, a contract is updated to make sure all parties are clear on expectations. Whenever possible, communication is opened with the event coordinator as well, to make things easier for customers and avoid issues down the road.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started running booths as part of a family photography business, and once I moved away from home continued as a side business
