Sal Leitch, CES, PES, FMS is a motivator, educator and movement specialist. He harnesses his passion for human movement and learning to provide enthusiastic guidance to individuals on a mission to become fit and functional. Sal came into the fitness industry as an overweight teenager. By working out and adopting a healthy lifestyle, he was able reach and maintain his goals. After he found his way to personal health & wellness, Sal decided that he wanted to help others do the same. But simply training people wasn’t enough. Having suffered, and recovered from, several injuries, Sal wanted to understand the causes of bodily injury and to develop methods of prevention. Through that study he discovered the importance of posture and purposeful movement, which served to strengthen his commitment to, not only training his clients, but educating them.
