- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down and talk with clients about what they are trying to achieve in their menu,show my work and get to where we can both feel comfortable about the selections
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Servesafe,trained with some of top chefs in area ,over 15 years in tidewater area ,I was always asked to create for functions,I have been in kitchens for most of my life,ran day to day operations in boh,I just love creating and making your dream come true
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started catering to support myself in hard times I am a starving artist lol trying to write the next big hit so I always was cooking in studio so I started to make it work for me
