Tough Love Co. was founded by me, Casey- a Life and Organization Strategist whose purpose is to help people and organizations thrive. I have 10 years of consulting experience working in Corporate America in a variety of industries mostly focused in strategic planning, training and organization development and employee experience transformation. I hold a Masters of Science in Organization Development and a Bachelors of Business Administration with a speciality in Finance and Fashion Merchandising. I am also a certified Appreciative Living Coach.
In working with me, clients experience positive shifts in mindset, increased clarity into their wishes and wants, and a boost in confidence in knowing they can achieve their ideal vision.
I provide both Personal or Career Coaching Sessions. My session menu is as follows:
- Appreciating Self: get clear about your unique gifts and strengths
- What’s Important Now Strategy Session: strategize about a particular situation - unpacking it and identifying action steps to move towards the ideal state
- Visualization session: take time to breathe, reflect, visualize and identify what’s wanted
- Goal planning session: assessing where you are in all aspects of life and what’s needed in each area
- Mock interview/feedback sessions: I pretend to be the hiring manager, you be you and then we debrief and discuss strengths and areas of opportunity
- Career transition strategizing: Talking through the trials and tribulations of career transitions, strategizing for what’s needed
- LinkedIn / resume walk-through and feedback
- General career or personal advice
Sessions with Casey are 50 minutes and $100 each. Should you like a bundle of sessions, pricing can be negotiated.
