- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A one-time service for most issues typically starts at $119. We often run specials, so you may get a quote that is less. We also offer plans with budgeted monthly payment options. The most important thing to know is that it almost always takes more to get pests under control than it does to maintain a pest free environment. While a one time service is tempting, it is usually less expensive in the long run to set up a recurring plan. Quoted prices are good for 30 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most pests, we are able to recommend a specific solution right away. Some pests (termites, bed bugs, and rodents) require an inspection before we’re able to recommend a specific solution. We are very detailed in our inspections, and offer comprehensive solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in business management, 20+ years of residential and commercial construction management experience, university coursework in chemistry and entomology, certification and continuing education to maintain our Virginia and New Jersey pest control license.
