I needed someone trustworthy to perform my regular/annual preventative maintenance and Mike was it!
He responded quickly, checked in when he was on his way, and here when he said he would be. After the cleaning a regular PM, we went over any the current status of my HVAC, heating unit and AC, any potential issues that could come up (i.e. what to watch for), and what I should do in the short term that could keep my unit running smooth since it’s close to 10 years old.
100% the HVAC guy I’m using from today, forward!

Absolutely incredible service. Michael was able to schedule me in the same day and right before the holidays. He was not only able to solve our heating issue, he was able to fix another issue we were having with heater. He showed us exactly what was causing the problems and repaired it on the spot.. Mike is a real stand up guy and was able to fix my furnace and my gas fireplace before the winter season.
He explains his fix actions and also gave instruction on maintenance and home remedial items for my humidifier which was leaking onto my furnace motherboard and my fireplace to ensure I won't have the same issue.

Langer Services really helped me out! They were awesome with communicating and keeping me in the loop about what was going on with the repair and replacement part my unit needed. Mike was super friendly and helpful and the pricing was actually really reasonable and affordable. Definitely going to call them again when I upgrade in the future.
