FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $225 for a no-obligation Consultation. If you decide I'm the right interior designer for you, then like most clients you may prefer my flat-rate fees that include all design concepts, project management, product procurement & delivery, and final installation down to the last detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a Consultation. This allows me to meet you and view your space. Interior Design can be a longer-term relationship and we must know from the beginning if it can be a good one. Not only do I need to see your home and learn about your family, but I need to know that we can have a positive relationship and that you can put your trust in me. You need to know how I will work through my 15-Step Signature Design process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe I have a God-given natural talent, but many clients feel more comfortable with someone who has had formal training. I earned my IDDP (International Design & Decorating Professional) and ISRP (International Staging & Redesign Professional) accredations through QC Design School, which gave me more formal training and letters to go after my name. I continue my education on a weekly basis, and put a lot of emphasis into staying up-to-date on products that are used in the home, processes, and trends.
