As a yoga instructor, Baldeep is like no one I have ever worked with before. His understanding of the whole of yoga - not just the physical postures - surpasses. He is leading me through yoga therapy and is carefully developing a practice to help me heal from a debilitating injury. After only a few sessions with him, I am seeing positive results. I look forward to continued success with this approach to healing. I will continue working with Baldeep. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I feel fortunate to have found an instructor like this!
I started 1-on-1 personal training with KJ at Summit Fitness the 2nd week of February 2015, and have been seeing him twice weekly since. Honestly, just about every single part of the experience has gone well. As a 34-year-old that has never done more than a couple stints on the elliptical in a gym, I was pretty nervous going in, but KJ has made the experience not only effective and rewarding, but also fun at the same time (if you call staggering out of the gym soaked in sweat fun, which I currently do). With my meal plan and workout regimen (both in and out of the gym) KJ helped me lose 15lbs I didn't even know I had to lose over 6 weeks, and then slowly start building muscle and definition back on top of it. When I look back now I honestly can't believe how I let myself eat and be sedentary like I did six months ago. If you are looking for a reason to pick KJ over other instructors, I can offer you more than will fit in this review. When I'm at the gym he is constantly motivating me and pushing me farther each time, while also keeping our workouts varied enough to keep me engaged and from burning out. When I'm not there, he keeps in touch via text and makes me at-home workout routines and updated meal plans every couple months. Also, he's just overall a good guy - fun to be around and keeps a light-hearted approach to things without losing focus on goals and best practicies. I can safely say I don't have any criticisms to offer without feeling like I'm just sugar-coating my review. Everything about my experience with KJ and Summit so far has been exemplary of what I would call a great customer (and personal) experience. If I had the time and resources, I'd be going to see him 5 times a week.
Gail is the best personal trainer in every way. She is very motivational and helps with everything from nutrition to weight training to cardio. Very knowledgeable and always giving you the encouragement to keep going! I worked with Gail for several years and had amazing results!
Toi's fitness instruction is excellent and right on target with our employee's needs. She conducts her classes with a keen eye for safety and knows exactly when to correct someone's form and offer modifications. She also challenges people to reach their own personal best performance whatever that may be. We have been so happy with her as a fitness instructor!
Malikah is my favorite yoga instructor. As a fitness pro who have access to many free yoga classes, the fact I would rather pay money and travel to her studio for yoga is saying something! And I love how down to earth and real she is!
Carrie is one the most dedicated professionals I have worked with. Of the many Zumba instructors I have worked with, she is true to the program. She is very instructional and a pleasure to learn from.
I've been training with Andrew Lee and he is AWESOME! He genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals and makes sure he trains you at your own comfortable pace. He is also very thorough about getting your background and making sure you have no past injuries and also making sure you perform the exercise correctly to prevent future injuries. He is very fun and knowledgeable in fitness overall and creates a good blend of different exercises and workout plans! You should go try him out!

She is a wonderful yoga instructor and caters to all levels of students. It can be intimidating as a new student but she made the class very comfortable but the more advanced students also find it challenging.
Mr. Nachman is an excellent instructor. He runs a well-organized stable, cares about each of his clients, and is flexible enough to work with young people as well as older adults. He is encouraging and challenges his students to increase their skills, helping them realize their potential. Highly recommend as a riding instructor.
Amani is the real deal. He is committed to a healthy lifestyle and shares his knowledge. If you put in the time, you will get the results. If you're looking for a drill instructor, Amani is not your guy. He provides a variety of workouts so you never get bored while pushing you to do your personal best... Encouraging you all the way. I love it! Stacia is awesome! I had my sister sign up as well but she has a guy named Jamaal as her trainer and she hasn't complained to me yet. So far, training here has been an experience unlike any other.
Ron is a great instructor. I've taken several 1-1 lessons with him and he has improved my game like crazy. Not only are the ~1hr sessions very helpful, but he gives great advice on what to work on outside of the lessons.
I do yoga, fitness classes , and personal training with Ravi.. The yoga classes have increased my flexibility and have helped me significantly with my stress.. If you are advanced or a beginner, Ravi is there help for all levels of fitness. The personal training and group fitness has been an immense help to reach my goals and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.. One on one personal training. She was a great help in teaching me how to get tone with weights and also with aerobic endurance. Very helpful in my overall weight loss and was a great confidence booster.

Yoga and Beyond is a small and personal studio that will cater to your needs. Nani exudes peace and love, and makes you feel loved. She is a gifted yoga instructor - I especially like her Yin classes. I have recommended Yoga and Beyond to all my friends!!
