- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every house is different, Its tough to maintain a uniform price list. Especially with thumbtack, because I am typically sending blind estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After they agree to hire me, I ask for the home address and email address. I always offer my clients an electronic invoice so they can work while I clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA 10 Certified, and am a member of the PWRA. I try and stay up on the latest techniques so I can provide my customers with the best service.
