What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are competitive. We charge based on the form you are required to file, i.e. 1040ez, 1040A, 1040 etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the free consultation, We first discuss the type of service they are looking for. We can then give a free estimate regarding our fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we attend classes and learn about the ever changing tax law. We are required to complete 18 credit hours every year. We participate in the IRS's AFSP-Annual Filing Season Program. We also have an Enrolled Agent on board.
