Malikah is such a wonderful instructor, she caters the class to each students ability level by offering variations of tougher poses and movements. Yet, she still pushes you a notch or two beyond your comfort zone so that you SEE and FEEL steady progress. I can honestly say, after 4 weeks of Power Yoga, I was stronger and a bit less frantic & scatter brained. The benefits of Yoga span body, mind, spirit.. But Ill let the pro tell it.. Come check her out, Im sure youll be hooked too!

We have been working with Nancy for several months now, and plan to continue doing so. Now in our 70s, my husband and I were looking for someone to work with us to maintain mobility and energy. I enjoyed a 60 min private Hatha Yoga flow with Kiran. She gave direction well and made me feel good in my practice. The guided meditation was super amazing!!! I took two classes with Bettina, and I left both of these experiences feeling refreshed mentally and physically. The yoga poses transitioned well from one to the next and Bettina always offers modifications for poses, or ways to challenge yourself more. I would definitely stick with this class, and plan to when it becomes available to me.
