Latest Review: This guy is the best of the best. In September, 2015, I signed up for 20 one-hour sessions of personal training with Brian. I was 62 years old and did not have a background in athletics, physical fitness, or bodybuilding. I had struggled through about one year of CrossFit before I met Brian. I was very disappointed with the results (and number of injuries) I was getting from CrossFit. I could see that Brian certainly had a body composition I could admire. After the first 20 sessions were finished, I was so pleased with his work that I signed up for 20 more sessions and when those were done, I signed up for 20 more for a total of 60 sessions.
I gained a huge amount of muscle while working with Brian without a single injury. This is especially amazing considering that I was 62 years old at the time.
I give my highest recommendation to Brian Meadows both as a knowledgeable trainer and a person of great integrity.
