FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ill verify by asking and making sure Im quoting exactly what model number the device is. Example a Galaxy S6 can have many different models. A model number tells me everything. Ill quote the customer a fair price for parts if need be and labor. If they want to proceed We set up a time to bring the repair in. If i have the parts on hand Ill give them a lead time to complete it. With electronics there are surprises or issues un seen and can sometimes take a bit longer. Once its completed Ill contact them and let them know its ready. Im happy to bring a persons misfortune back to life again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some college. All of my repair experience is self taught over many many years of work and experimenting on broken electronics. Im technically inclined. I dont go by youtube lol.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive always been handy at fixing things from home to small engines to just about anything. My PS3 broke years ago and I decided to fix it. A good friend told me I should start repairing other peoples game systems. I saw their was a need for my service and took his advice. I have been repairing and learning ever since. It started with a PS3 and moved on to repair all game systems, cell phones, tablets, iPods, iPads and various other electronic devices. I love doing what I do.
