We contacted smiley's based on there excellant service record, and from start to finish they delivered! We had to replace our 50 year old A/C system, and had the pleasure of meeting Bruce who helped us decide on what our options were. He was prompt, personable and professional and really listened to our needs as well as our budget restrictions. The company then sent an amazing team of technicians to do the install! These guys worked so well together, they are very efficient! Dayton, Brandon and Hunter, we are really impressed with how personable and professional they are, we knew we were in good hands right away. They went above and beyond our expectations and took time to explain the install as it progressed. Their work was done with precision and care. The technicians took every step in protecting our home and cleaning up after such a big job. We are so happy we went with SMILEY'S and would highly recommend them!

Deciding it was time to replace our original fifty year old A/C unit, my wife and I did some research and chose Smileys based on all the positive reviews. And we are thrilled that we did. They lived up to the reviews from the start. First, Bruce came out to assess our current system, our needs, and get the ball rolling. He is extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like you have known him for years even though you just met him. Taking our budget into account, he came back with several options for us to choose from and explained the difference. Making our choice, we scheduled an installation date convenient to their schedule as our unit was still running and we were not pressed. Surprised that my fifty year old rattletrap was still functioning, Bruce said if anything happened to it they would come out and fix it for no charge until the new unit was installed. Wow, thats service. Install day and I get the pleasure to meet Bruce again with Dayton, Brandon, and Hunter. These three young men work like a well oiled machine. All three are professional, honest, respectful, and did an amazing job. They take great pains to protect your home while working and clean up so there is no evidence they were even there. My old unit was a wet, moldy mess and I was unnecessarily worried about getting it out of the attic. They came prepared with loads of drop cloths and wrapped anything wet. Not a mark on the walls or floors. They answered any questions I had and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Ive seen a lot of HVAC systems in my line of work and their quality of install is impeccable. These guys are good at what they do and not bothered to carry on a conversation with you while doing their work. When finished, Dayton showed us how to control the new system while Hunter and Brandon combed the work areas with a vacuum and cleaning pads. This has been an amazing experience for us and I highly recommend Smileys. They are honestly that much above the other HVAC companies.

Great folks! This was my first experience with Smileys. Tim came by and did a seasonal check of our home and our rental property down the street. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and answered each of my questions in manner that I felt put a priority on satisfying my family's needs. In the process of doing the checks, he noted a serious electrical issue in the outside panel; he showed me the evidence of potential fire. He was flexible enough to adjust his schedule in order to correct the problem. That evening I had another question, texted Tim, and he provided the information I needed. After this experience with Tim I understand why Smileys has such a superb reputation.
