Basically, the demo on mobile home was merely half done. I was promised a group would come and clean up steel and tin and they never showed up. The dumpsters they used were overflowing and left out in the street of the main driveway. I had to hire additional help to perform the clean-up $1500.00 in addition to the $4500.00 that he was paid. I also had to purchase fill dirt $279.00 that I wasn't informed up front and $200.00 to spread dirt. Unacceptable. Litigation may follow.
