- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is customary to each job, as each job entails different issues, requirements, tools, etc;
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no process. I just continue to be myself around them and I listen to their needs and their wants and address them accordingly. I am a very honest, direct and fair person and businessman. There is no reason in the world, to not treat people with decency and respect. I live by that. And that creates a very pleasant experience for both, the customer and myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learn from hands-on experience in everything I do. I love to challenge myself and continually learn new things. I am constantly broadening my abilities and skillset with all that I learn and with every job that I complete. My father and my grandfather instilled a lot in me growing up and that has left me extremely mechanically inclined. I am a very thorough, compassionate and meticulous hard worker. If I take on a job, it is to your benefit as I will not leave a job half done or incomplete or even abandoned. That is not my style. I may not have a license in most of the jobs that I perform, but you could not tell the difference between my work and a professionals work when it is all said and done. My goal is to leave the customer with an everlasting smile of content when they are checking out the work that I have done for them.
