FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remember that if you are a soldier you have a 20% discount on your first cleaning or if you are retired from the ARMY you are also entitled to your discount, also if someone recommends me with another person they have a discount on their next cleaning it can be 20%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main thing is to let the client explain his need, then ask if there is anything in particular that he needs, then start cleaning, if it is a two-story I do the entire upstairs area first, first the bathrooms, then I dust, I make the beds if I have to do it last, I do the floors and then the one below, the same as the bathrooms, then the kitchen, common areas around the living room, dining room, etc. I leave the floors last, when I finish the whole house I give a tour to the client who He looks at the difference, if he likes it or if there is something he needs, let the client check
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 6 years cleaning houses and mostly in the company I worked, they always gave cleaning tips.
