Hired Kevin to replace my water heater. He was quick to respond with a bid and answer my questions. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did the job at the price negotiated.

I will be keeping this guy in my contacts. He came into a bigger project than we expected thanks to the winter storm. Our crawl space was flooded he went into the water to fix the problem. Far more than what I would have expected from anyone. He even went to our rental house to fix the pipes there. This guy is amazing.

Kevin came to my home to thaw out a frozen pipe. He did this. He also told me I had a leaking drain line. Just so happens the drain line was not leaking, but have experience long term leakage from other pipes which have caused foundation damage among other things. This problems were never mentioned.

I am a Hvac/R tech. Our small business is able to handle all Hvac/R from residential to light commercial. Plumbing and electrical needs.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We are a fair and honest repaire business we need your bussines to make our business grow

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That all of the Hvac equipment is man made and when we repaire the issue at hand and recommend a better saloution to the problem that may be pricey to do at that time to ensure a long-term repaire. This is not so we can make money off of a coustomer. Hvac is expensive. equipent to make on site repaires and materials is expensive also.
