My experience with PC doctors was good. I had a hard drive failure and within minutes of posting I had multiple technicians emailing and texting. I did end up using one of the technicians who was helpful and reasonably priceed. The technician came out to my house and loaded my new hard drive and the operating system. He was not able to recover the data but did not charge me for that either. I ended up finding a data company that retrieved all my data off the bad harddrive also a a reasonable price. I would use PC doctors again. I knew that not every tech is able to recover data and the pc doctor tech told me I may be able to get another tech who had better "tools" to retrieve my data.
