- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the square-footage of the yard
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting new customer we will come out and do a free estimate, make sure we understand the needs of the customer and the needs of the yard. We work on meeting and setting the right expatiation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work for several different lawn care company's in the past I also worked for a big box store where they had manufacturers trainers come and train me on lawn care and there products.
