- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and varies depending on several factors: -What is the look -Where is the event -How many people need this service -Is travel involved -Overall time on site (hourly vs by person) This is what I love to do and at the end of the day, I'm open to discussing what works for you and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This looks different depending on the type of job. Since I mostly do weddings and no two women are alike, my process is completely customized to who I'm working with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently the Sales and Education Executive for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics for the Mid-Atlantic territory. Throughout my career I've had the opportunities to learn from so many amazing artists, including the Director of NA Artistry as well as our Pro Team artists in NYC. I currently conduct all artist training in VA, MD and DC.
