FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent on the size of the mural, if it's interior or exterior, and the texture of the wall. When I am pricing, i am taking into consideration how much paint I will have to purchase, the amount of labor and if I'll have to hire a subcontractor, and the time it takes for me to design the art. With that being said, my minimum for considering a project is 4k, and i usually take on larger projects (over 100 ft).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to figure out if we're a good match. We will first have a zoom consultation. Before the consult, you will fill out a form for me about the work you would like done and about the wall/space you would like painted. During the consult, I will walk you through my process and ask questions about the responses you gave on the form. By the end of this consult, I will determine if we are good fit. If we are, I will schedule a site visit, send you mt Mutual Expectations of Work document, and we will move into working with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting my whole life, I have taken muraling trade courses, and I am OSHA certified to use a lift.
