  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices are based on services needed. Services include package prices for bookkeeping. Specific services such as reconciliation only, customer service, payroll are priced according to the need of the business. Hourly rates are charged if a business only want a certain amount of hours per week, per month, etc. Quarterly service packages are also available. Flexibility is our goal.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial contact is email/phone. Zoom call will be used to speak more in detail about what service is needed. If both parties agree, typically communication is through email and texts.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have over 30 years of experience in Accounting both in the private and public sector. My degree is Business Administration with Human Resource focus. I am a certified ProAdvisor for Quickbooks. I am also a certified Signing Agent. I am also a licensed Independent Health Insurance Agent.
