It was a stroke of brilliance on my part to engage a professional chef to cook my 60th birthday dinner instead of doing it myself or having my foodie friends provide a pot-luck. Why? Because Chef Matt took care of everything so that I could relax and enjoy my time with friends. Matt was easy and pleasant to work with both in the planning and execution of the dinner. My guests and I were especially impressed with the high quality ingredients, including Alaskan salmon and grass-feed beef, and the sauces that were flavorful but not overwhelming. All the vegetables were fresh and nicely seasoned. The theme was Mediterranean and Matt started us off with abundant charcuterie/cheese/vegetable boards that were also beautiful to the eye. He took into consideration the dietary restrictions of some of my guests so that everyone had plenty to enjoy. I will definitely have Chef Matt in my kitchen again. My friends agreed that we are ready for a new twist on pot-luck where everyone just throws in some money for a personal chef service and sits back to reap the fruits of someone else's labors, all in the comfort and coziness of our own home. Chef Matt will be the first one I will call!
This was for a Masonic ceremony. The service was prompt and outstanding. We had a service for 50 people and had food left over. I have ran out of her business cards after this convention due to all of the request from my brothers. I am in the process of setting up a couples cooking class also. 5 stars!!!!

Pamela is a wonderful chef! She joined us to cook a special dinner at home for two families, and we ended up with a very high quality and extremely well executed meal with fresh summer ingredients, subtle and interesting flavors and special catering to each person's needs (yes, one person required well, well, well done tenderloin and Pamela made it happen without completely drying out the meat). In addition, to being a great chef, Pamela was a really nice person. She allowed one of our children to help with the cooking, and she was a great teacher. This was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Pamela for both her cooking and baking skills.

We have had Bikini Panini to our Brewery several times now, and we are never disappointed in the quality or taste of the food. Laura and Jim are delightful and we enjoy having them. We will continue to invite them to our business to offer delicious food to our patrons.
When my son was born we found out he was allergic to dairy, soy, wheat and eggs. Since I was nursing I was not able to enjoy any of those things either. It also meant no one could bring me food! Some friends chipped in and got Elizabeth. She saved our life. Not only did she eliminate all the 'bad' foods, she offered suggestions of things I never would have thought of or known how to cook. Her food was amazing and my husband still talks about it. #lifesaver
I hired Chef John for a private dinner for my wife and I .He was a true professional, and was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly, and open to questions about what he was doing. My wife and I, enjoyed a great dinner and will definitely be hiring him again.
Tanisha Stewart is relatively new to the catering business right now so she is experiencing growing pains. She was contracted to cater a 30 person party and overall did a great job. The food was outstanding and there were ample quantities of everything. The only hiccup to the whole experience was that she had got lost on the way to the event and was a little late on the delivery. Tanisha made the transaction right buy refunding the original gratuity with many apologies. I truly think that there were extenuating circumstances that day and she handled the issue very professionally. I would definitely recommend her service to others and use her services again in the future.
So sorry in being so long doing this review. I had to arrange this event from a distance and didn't get to attend myself so when I got rave reviews regarding lunch I knew it was because Aaron Turner delivered everything as promised. He was friendly to work with, there was a great variety of food to meet many needs and it was all delicious. Wonderful experience!
