Nicki was the perfect person to not only officiate our ceremony but walk the path with us to that special moment. She took time to get to know us individually and as a couple so we could plan a ceremony that reflected ourselves, our love and our commitment. Two days before the wedding Nicki planned and facilitated a "New Beginning Ceremony" for my inner circle of friends that included Pranayama ,a lead meditation and the release of paper hot air balloons. The next day was the rehearsal where her professionalism and experience calmed our nerves. t I have had several guests remark that the ceremony was their favorite part of the night because it was so personalized. Hello my name is Joshua Hunter and I am currently an athlete at Hampton University. While I was in High school I trained Baldeep. He was my trainer for almost two and a half years, and the exsperience was great. We worked on football conditioning and weight training. After the weight program that DeepElevation gave me I saw an increase in my performance on and off the field. Even though he was just my personal trainer he emphasized academics success. If I hadn't trained with Baldeep I would not be were I am today.

First, Let me just say I love the service Glatter Fitness provides so much I did a video testimonial! I am in the best shape of my life, I am happier, healthier, and stronger. I never really put much stock in strength training (weights and kettlebells) as a method to lose weight for fear it would make me "bulky" but it is actually quite the opposite. I have lost weight, I am stronger than I ever thought possible, and have lowered some health risks, which before starting were an issue for me. Michael always answers questions I have rather knowledgeably. He is far more knowledgeable than some other personal trainers I have encountered and can even provide me a source for the information he gives. If you are willing to put forth the hard work, actually come and work out, and follow his food guide, you will make improvements. I went from doing push ups on my knees to being able to do one hand push ups. I can lift weights in excess of 150 pounds. I have a smaller waist size and far better endurance. As far as accessibility, he does not limit when you can come, which I love. He has 5 class times throughout the day so it allows for flexibility. I don't foresee any time in the future where Glatter Fitness will not be in my life. When I say I am in some of the best shape of my life, I mean it in every way possible. I owe all this to Glatter Fitness!
After working with CJ 5 days/week for 3+ weeks; I feel AMAZING. All of my friends have noticed I look slimmer and more toned. CJ isn't just your average Personal Trainer. Rita Ricks is an excellent life/spiritual coach. Rita is committed to her clients well being and life. She is easy to talk with, listens well and design sessions that meets her clients needs. And to meet clients needs she use various media and various program options ( no cookie cutter ). I have had a series of coaching session that helped me developed visons and goals . But more importantly had me do the self-reflection and guidance I needed to achieve them. . She has a weekly radio station program where she has interesting speakers, themes and topics. I have attended several workgroups that she has lead masterfully; e.g. silence /mindfulness, end of the year reflection session She also has topical network sessions opportunities where people can meet and socialize. And right now I am enjoying weekday lunch time periscope session. What she says is always good and on point, so I frequently recommend her to others and share her nuggets of wisdom to my own network and my womens leadership class at work
Kimberly Roane is my personal trainer. I trained with her 6 times over the course of 3 weeks, as well as the at home workouts she provides me with. Over the course of a short time, she has made me comfortable with working out with her. Her bubbling personality makes you excited to get the work out done (even though she is busting your butt) lol. I would recommend her to anyone & i can't wait to continue when i get back from school!!
