Hello my name is Joshua Hunter and I am currently an athlete at Hampton University. While I was in High school I trained Baldeep. He was my trainer for almost two and a half years, and the exsperience was great. We worked on football conditioning and weight training. After the weight program that DeepElevation gave me I saw an increase in my performance on and off the field. Even though he was just my personal trainer he emphasized academics success. If I hadn't trained with Baldeep I would not be were I am today.
Coach X is a great personal trainer. He takes the time to actually work with you to get beyond the goal you set, from when you first started to train. Also he works around your schedule.

Kimberly Roane is my personal trainer. I trained with her 6 times over the course of 3 weeks, as well as the at home workouts she provides me with. Over the course of a short time, she has made me comfortable with working out with her. Her bubbling personality makes you excited to get the work out done (even though she is busting your butt) lol. Rita Ricks is an excellent life/spiritual coach. Rita is committed to her clients well being and life. She is easy to talk with, listens well and design sessions that meets her clients needs. And to meet clients needs she use various media and various program options ( no cookie cutter ). I have had a series of coaching session that helped me developed visons and goals . But more importantly had me do the self-reflection and guidance I needed to achieve them. . She has a weekly radio station program where she has interesting speakers, themes and topics. I have attended several workgroups that she has lead masterfully; e.g. silence /mindfulness, end of the year reflection session She also has topical network sessions opportunities where people can meet and socialize. And right now I am enjoying weekday lunch time periscope session.
