- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable. It depends on your starting point and work history. A resume that needs to be updated and formatted will cost less than a resume created from scratch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for whatever type of work history document you have, whether it is an outdated resume or just a list of previous positions. I will then schedule an initial chat/text session or call to discuss the type of position you are looking for so that the resume will be tailored as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management and have worked in the Human Resources field for over 7 years.
