Most remodeling companies subcontract out their work, so the homeowner typically doesn't know who will be performing the work. Not the case with us. We have our own installers that we stand 100% behind to perform each job with perfection. Meeting the customers, and seeing the look of complete jubilation on their faces after a job well done is by far the most rewarding part of my job.

Very professional team. Window Source may not be the cheapest door installer available, but you get what you pay for-quality work and attention to detail.

I received quotes from 3 different contractors for a new back door with a pet door. Window Source was the only one that gave me a bottom line price the first time. One of the other quotes was actually more than double the price I received from Window Source for the same exact door! Very professional and loved that they didn't waste my time playing the price game. The door was installed today and I am very happy with how it looks. It looks better than I expected. I am very pleased with the whole process!! I am definitely calling Window Source when I replace my front door!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There is never a reason for a customer to pull the trigger on signing on contract on an initial meeting, unless they feel completely comfortable with what is being offered. Do not fall for the high pressure sales tactics. The deal is never off the table after he or she leave the house, there are no model homes, and do not agree to signing a contract after a slick sales rep comes in high and then drops low. These are all major red flags! Many of our customers sign during the initial meeting with Window Source representatives, but it's because we listen to our customers needs and requirements, disclose our no haggle pricing up front, use our own installers, provide a best in class warranty, and of course a premier product.
