after further thoughts on saying nothing and now seeing this I think I would like to address this single solitary one star review that, and when you know it it would be the second review made by the same person after I wouldn't fall victim to the scam they poorly executed which rendered this transparent and failed attempt on a budding business to get the five star service and quality of work that they so avidly and eagerly expressed in their first review on here prior to me refusing to take responsibility for the situations that they, and if my suspicions are correct their local shade tree trades person doing all honesty created situation if not for them having done it, but the second I drew the line in the Sand separating great customer service and personal sacrifice in the effort to keep my professional integrity and hi marks, even giving them 4 hours on a Sunday for free all the way out 45 minutes away and Stanley to chase down an issue that was embellished in the effort of setting a ruse which would draw me back out there only to find that none other work we did was anything but aces, as it was and as they agreed upon prior to closing out that job, but they then insisted that their water situation was due to us regardless of the countless times explaining in the most to understand and impossible by every metric to in any way shape or form misinterpret or confuse my explanation. an explanation that no matter how many times I gave it and did so in identical fashion, still somehow someway which I am assuming was just a human will and dedicated mind to going along with a narrative they created that was not even in the same planet as the truth of the matter. when we came out to do a updated pipe swap because it had said for so long trying up and half a century old cast iron slowing everything down and causing slow drains, we rectified this issue and did so expeditiously but in no way shape form fashion or even by accident what is water involved. so much so that it's even painfully clear and that division of work we came to do which was dwv's, standing for drainage waste and vent.. not water their problem was with either the city's line coming in or there half-assed want to be handyman that they called all but immediately once we pulled out only to call me on speakerphone with them in the background at which time he posed a question that I answered knowledgeably incorrectly, so much so that he in not only full view of my now dispatched clients but on their phone openly agreeing with each and everything I said, adding his two cents in in the points of agreement and comments such as well that's what he thought and that's exactly right to which time I had nothing else to say and there was no argument or claim that he could even so much as attempt trying to corner me with since I was an incorrect about the situation, I did the job as our contract was stated to cover, did the job on budget and in time, and as with every customer I do not leave their property until they walk it with me and give me the okay which of course they did. but because they wanted me to eat the cost of fixing their problem that we didn't cause this is what has followed and a rather sophomore attempt of covering their trails with this deletion of the actual factual review they gave in exchange for this one which because I'm like them I think about what I do and took a screenshot because in all my rating systems you've always got that one customer always want something for free and I'll try to ruin a man's livelihood because he won't be ready for love at his own expense for their lack of moral fiber. I wish him the best but I hate to tell you ladies you're going to have to try a lot harder next time at finding trades people who don't know any better or spineless cowards who will bow to your elementary level attempt at extortion. love and peace and I wish nothing but the best. I hope you were able to find a resolution to whatever it is in your life that makes you want to pull good people down to your level.... and the saddest part is that I know how you recently come into your money and that you have more than enough that trying to get a budding company that needs each and every dollar and each and every Star to get where I have dedicated an entire life to get to understand you should with full bank accounts still trying to take take. shame on you ladies and I hope you do the next guy you have to work on anything of yours better cuz none of us deserve it.
