Nicole and her staff were absolutely amazing! I was a DIY bride and thought I could handle everything on my own and I was wrong. I had no idea how much work goes into wedding planning after the vendors have been booked, i learned that is just the beginning. Nicole made everything so easy and handled all the logistics. She worked with all the vendors and made sure everyone in the bridal party had timelines and everything ran smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly as I described to her and her staff packed everything up at the end of the night. I am so glad that Stag & Lily was there to make the most important day of my life ran so smoothly and truly made it "the best day ever!"

Over our long engagement, Nicole from Stag & Lily not only managed to keep us sane and on-task, but she was able to make our wedding day truly special. We probably put Nicole through the worst- family drama, budget shifts, vendor management issues- you name it, it's probably gone wrong on the long road to our wedding day. She was not only able to handle all that we threw at her, but kept her cool and expertly executed the most perfect day I have had in my life. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on the type of service but Day of Coordination and Planning prices vary depending on all of the variable details - this is why an Initial Consulation is so important!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
100% of the time I will schedule an Initial, Complimentary Consulation to get to know the potential client better. After which I will put together a Proposal of Services for them to review. This outlines everything they would be hiring me to do and Fee for Services. Once this Proposal is accepted, we sign a Letter of Agreement (contract) and get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
