- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For business clients I like to get to know the culture, and needs of the company. We are here to be of service and to take care of IT so you can focus on what you do and your customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daily, constant research and troubleshooting as well as consumer demands and having the appropriate knowledge to be able to offer the correct solution force most of us in the industry to stay up to date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Electronics and technology has long been a hobby of mine, so I chose to take some classes and get the fundamentals of the IT world under my belt, and here I am 15 years later...
