Michael Frazier Painting Contractor, LLC was punctual throughout the process of painting our home. He would respond to all of our questions and guide us as to what repairs were needed to be made for the painting. The work quality was 5 star and the crew with him was very helpful. I think what makes him a reputable painter is his honest friendly personality. He put up with a lot of questions from us! We are extremely pleased with the work Michael and his crew completed for us and would highly recommend him!

Michael was wonderful. He was super responsive via Thumbtack, email, text messages and phone throughout the process. He dealt calmly and kindly with a bunch of problems on our end which slowed his progress and kept him from other work. He was helpful at odd hours with a bunch of questions-- including patiently dealing with us and making suggestions while we waffled on paint colors. He was pleasant to have in our home dealing with the ins and outs of a toddler, other contractors, toddler care, etc. He worked efficiently, neatly, and the walls and ceiling look great. He was also seemingly pretty reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes we received. All around positive experience.

We hired Michael to paint the entire interior of our 2 story home - all the trim, doors, walls and ceilings. They did a fantastic job and also painted my front door as an extra. Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule but they were completely professional, kind and very well skilled at their craft. When my husband and I chipped some paint while installing the tv, washer and dryer they were more than happy to do the touch ups the following day. I would hire michael again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get painting done!

Michael an excellent job painting my daughter's bedroom, my stairwell and hallway and the price was fantastic! They completed the job quickly and paid close attention to every little detail. They even went so far as to fix a window in my daughter's room when they noticed it was off it's track. Michael was so very professional and kind thru out this process. He was very responsive during the setup of the project and I could not be happier with my choice. I will definitely use Michael's company again and highly recommend him to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge by the job but at times I will need to charge time and materials on certain projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going over everything they want to have done. Lots of times they want things painted that doesn't need it and I do what I can to save them money. I'm in this business to make money but I don't think people should spend their hard earn money on areas that doesn't need it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm researching other new products when they come to see if they are the best fit for my company and my customers.
