- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Arrangements are made to do a meet and greet. I like to get to know the client and their animal/pet. We will go over all your concerns and questions and fill out (a one time) paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been subject to all types of animals from a very young age and always right there next to the Ferrier and vet; watching, listening, asking questions and participating with helping them.
