I am a dentist in Rockville Maryland where I have a busy family & cosmetic dental practice. My practice is "out of network"/ "fee for service" and so we do not have the benefit of insurance-based referrals. My key ingredient has been proper marketing as I need a continual high-volume of qualified new patients who want and need dentistry. This is where Xpress Promotion as been very key in helping me define my marketing needs and deliver campaigns that have keep me expanding each year. I have been using Xpress Promotion since 2005 and through the economic ups and downs I have relied heavy on direct mail marketing and have only regretted it when I pulled back on promoting directly to my potential patients. To say the least direct mail marketing has work for me! In fact, it is so workable we use it in our office in many different ways from directly targeting new local patients, to reactivating old patients, and even use it to contact all of my existing patients with monthly newsletters and offers. It helps to communicate directly to who you want to talk to no matter what it is you are doing. Xpress has helped me establish strong integrated multi-media campaigns, have tracked their results and worked with the staff of my office constantly to keep them successful. I am the creative agency for several dental and chiropractic offices in Maryland and found Xpress Promotion a few years ago through one of my peers. Hans and Shawn are very easy to work with and the turn-around time is always fast, with a great product. I utilize their services for direct mail pieces, as well as newsletters, business cards and rack cards. They has also been great with suggestions and other marketing advice when needed.
