Introduction: I offer personal and group fitness classes. My formats include yoga, pilates, strength training, boot camp and total body conditioning. My pricing is based on size of group. I am willing to work with small groups (over two people) up to large groups (up to 50 people). Most sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in length.
