    Jason Easley as a supervisor, three core things come to mind; excitement, dedication, and willingness to train. Having never worked in the marketing and branding world, I have been reluctant to listen to overtures from anyone about promoting anything as a career. The industry claims of top residual income was encouraging, but the actual environment did not seemingly match the claim; the avenue was there, but I did not understand it, and was skeptical of the people bringing advertising opportunities to me. But Jason was excited about his job. He was excited about my opportunity to work with him, and he was excited about my potential as a professional. This allowed me to fully embrace the idea of marketing/branding/advertising, and it pushed me to want to be a part of something that I wasn't too clear on in the past. After hearing what Jason did as a professional, I realized that you have to be dedicated to providing the best service to clients. It was Jason's consistent and regimented approach to maintaining a very professional profile and product, while delivering it at very precise time, that I understood how dedicated he was to his craft. This preempted me to be better dedicated to performing the work that he would pass on to me. Lastly, Jason was willingly to get me set up with the right financing system(PayPal) and (Hootsuite), he showed me the best practices for using social media as a great advertising tool, and lastly he showed me how to professionally market material to the masses and to sustain that level of marketing to bring in residual income. His willingness to train me and follow-up with me regarding this opportunity is key to my staying interested in this type of work.

I get an understanding of their needs. I then provide options that I will help address those needs.

I have a degree in communications and computer science. I have won numerous sales and marketing awards. I have an A+ certification. I have worked in radio, print media, and digital media. I know how to take care of my customers!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing radio in college and needed to promote my shows. I was recognized and won awards for my efforts. I started being recruited to do marketing for concert promoters, radio stations and more. The results were great and the enjoyment I received from making others happy can't be described...all I can say is, my love with marketing and advertising began from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with small businesses owners and entrepreneurs of all variety. I also work with local and national media outlets. Lastly, I have worked with celebrities, athletes, and musicians.
