- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free estimates with no trip fee. My fee is a flat rate of $65 an hour, plus materials to include permits and inspection fees(if needed). Less time projects will be prorated. I offer discounts to military(active, retirees, veterans, reservist, guardsman), first responders and senior citizens. If there are multiple projects, we will discount them as well. We also offer a referral kickback, where we will send a gift card to any customer that has referred us to someone and that referral utilize our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request time and day to go out to customers property. Get detailed information on what customer wants done. Take pictures and measurements. Provide estimate. Set up time and day to come out to finish project. Provide customer with completed invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completion of electrical apprenticeship program and Business Degree. Every two years I have to complete continuous training to maintain my electrical master and contractor licenses. I also attend seminars and complete self study guides to expand/improve my knowledge on new codes and technology.
