John Tomaselli did a fantastic job putting together a train-based vacation for my kids and I from Florida to Savannah to Charleston, DC then Boston. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tomaselli Vacations does not charge fees for booking cruises. Just give us a call and we can help you plan, book, and ensure all details of your travel are handled for you. Always count on us to make sure you pay less for your cruise with us! We always beat the cruise line pricing. For land vacations, a fee is sometimes charged for very complex travel arrangements and booking, but never a fee for couples resorts, most worldwide tours, or U.S. travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained and certified in world travel by World Travel Holdings, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Trained and certified by Special Needs Groups to assist anyone with mobility, visual, and breathing issues and travel.
