- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to take classes. I'm about to start a class, learning from a previous White House executive chef. I am also currently training under one of the most talented pastry chefs in the DC area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved cooking and baking as a child. I ended up in the wrong field, social work and after seven years of misery I decided to quit and do what I have always loved. I have been a home cook and baker for many years, but I have taken and continue to take classes to hone my skills further.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs have been small dinner parties with a multi-course menu and cocktail parties with small bites
