- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an initial fee for the first visit to diagnose and try our best to fix the unit. Most calls generally take two visits as parts are often needed. An accurate diagnosis and initial visit is needed to make sure the right parts are ordered and there are no unnecessary fees involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask the customer for as much information as possible, sometimes issues can be as simple as walking a customer through it on the phone. Once the issue is established we will set up a date and time to look at the units. Typically we schedule to come out 24 to 48 hours once contacted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Star Trac, Precor, Life Fitness, Landice, Sole/Spirit and Vision Fitness
