How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have struggled with my healing process, trying to find answers and believe that there had to be a better way. I feel like I have gone through all that I have so that I could share my experiences, lessons and tools that I have learned with others so that they do not have as difficult a time as I did.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Use the initial meeting to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease with the coach you hire. If you don't you will not get the results you are wanting.
