I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From day 1 of just obtaining quotes until the final day of my move, they were nothing but amazing. I was moving from Oakton VA to Philly Pennsylvania. ProSmart was quick to get me an accurate quote, always answered my questions within 24 hours as I was preparing for my move, even assuring me that they would still perform my move after a rain in Virginia. On the day of the move, the crew called to say they were on the way, and arrived exactly on time. They were diligent in taking inventory, wrapping up my belongings and packing the truck then they again called to say they were on their way and arrived at exactly the expected time. They were even more expedient unloading my belongings, despite long cary. On top of that, the crew was just pleasant to work with. The entire process was explained in detail. On top of the thoroughness and attentiveness, ProSmart was the most reasonably priced of all the movers I obtained quotes from. This was the most stress-free move I've ever had. I will absolutely be calling ProSmart Movers the next time I move.

I needed to move from Virginia to Maine and from day 1, Kai was very professional, reliable, and fairly priced. He returned phone calls and texts quickly. Angel, Mike, and George showed up early at my apartment and loaded everything in the truck in less than 2 hours. All my belongings were wrapped up and well protected. Mike and George drove the moving truck to Maine and then unloaded on the hottest day of the year and never complained once! These guys were so courteous and friendly, it seemed like we had known them for years! Top notch service! I highly recommend ProSmart for your move

Kai and his staff were always there when I call with questions or concerns and we received updates on the progress of the move. Moving sometimes takes time due to all sorts of issues. Local Moving (under 50 miles)
They called me in advance to let me know that what they will show up then it took them 2 hours in and out to move my furniture. The two gentlemen were worked very fast even though today it was very humid. That didn't stop them to move quickly. I am very please with this service! Thank you both Kai and his teammate!
