Introduction: Believe. Battle. Rise! These words can lead people to feel what we never thought we could feel, achieve what we never thought we could achieve, and most importantly, help others in ways we never knew we could. Let me share with your audience the discoveries I made and tips they can use from my experience going from a 300-pound, 40-year-old man to accomplishing things that no doctor, trainer, or scientist can explain.
