- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves, clients pay a per hour price (based on the number of men in their crew), as well as a one-time service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to provide our client with a Free Estimate. This can be done virtually or on-site. Pricing Structure We only charge a one time TRUCK FEE + HOURLY RATE. OUR MINIMUM IS 2 HOURS. NO FUEL FEE, NO DISTANCE FEE, NO STAIR FEE, FREE TAPE, FREE SHRINK WRAP, NO HIDDEN FEES AT ALL! 1) TRUCK FEES (One time Payment) : One time payment, includes a 26 foot truck, fully equipped with furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, dollies, and all equipment 2) HOURLY FEES FOR MOVERS: Based on the number of men needed for your move
