- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one 60 minute session, we charge $100/session For one 30 minute session, we charge $50/session For a package of 1x a week for 1 month, we charge $80/session (4 sessions) For a package of 2x a week for 1 month, we charge $70/session (8 sessions) For a package of 3x a week for 1 month, we charge $60/session (12 sessions) For a package of 4x a week for 1 month, we charge $50/session (16 sessions) 30 minute packages cost 50% less than the 60 minutes sessions 1x a week ($40) 2x a week ($35) 3x a week ($30) 4x a week ($25)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, always. Education is the key to growth. If your trainer is not constantly educating themselves on the current trends of the fitness and medical industry, then they are not a good trainer. You want someone who is constantly on top of their education, because they will be the ones that help you with great success.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for cooking, fitness and nutrition. I come from a corporate background, but this has been one area I've been passionate in. I attended culinary school at L'Academie de Cuisine and went to school at The National Personal Training Institute and worked one on one with many clients before starting this business. It is so great to do all 3 things that I love in one business, and I get so excited to share my services with others to help them reach their goals.
