Mr. Bloom is thorough in what he does, willing to answer all questions, and obviously an ace when it comes to computers. He dedicated plenty of time to my 'machine' and it now runs like a champ. It was well worth having him come to my place to upgrade my 'slug'. No longer a 'slug', tho. Really a peppy laptop now. But...I have left various phone messages for him and even sent an email on 31 July letting him know I needed assistance in navigating to the sites and files I have. I have not had a reply to any of my requests for assistance. This was a similar situation when I initially needed to have him come to my place to get my slug up to speed. It took multiple calls/emails before he replied. I understand that he may have a busy sched since he holds a regular job and does the IT thing after hours, but, as I mentioned to him when we finally got together, at least reply as soon as u can if only to acknowledge the receipt of the other person's mssg and establish a tentative date for the visit. But, I don't even get that. It is baffling that such a courteous, knowledgeable, respectful person should have this terrible habit of ignoring those who try to engage him. I need the help I mentioned above and would b glad to do business w him, but, he needs to work on the common courtesy situation. Ramón Baez MD CAPT USN Ret.
