I knew that I needed guidance with getting to a better state of overall physical fitness. My budget is small, but I still needed the help. I entered my specs into Thumbtack for a personal trainer and Walter, owner of Celestial Bodies was one of my choices. Walter offered a realistic and very affordable personal training package. Once I met Walter in person, I knew he was the best choice for me in reaching my weight loss goals. After each exercise session, I felt great! Walyer is very easy to work with. I am incredibly glad that I chose to invest in myself and grateful to have come across Walter and his business.
My experience with Sanford has been absolutely amazing. Hands down, the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I always thought of myself as a little bit of a wimp, but in my time that I've been with him, I've realized I have more backbone than I thought and it makes me feel so empowered! He keeps me going and pushes me, but also stays attentive to my needs. I also LOVE the fact that while he pushes me and motivates me, He doesn't yell or do that whole "drill Sargent" thing. But to be honest, he seems like he would give you WHATEVER kind of workout you need. You definitely are left with the impression that he knows allll his fitness stuff, and if you needed him to drill Sargent you, he would give u that experience. He never cuts corners and for the first time in a very long time, I feel like not only will I meet my work out goals, but maybe even surpass them! I love him so much and I encourage anyone who is interested in getting physically fit or anyone who just wants to feel good about themselves, to hit him up. You will not regret it, and you will NOT be disappointed.
Mr. White is professional and very attentative to your fitness goals. I have attended (2) sessions and must admit that I am in pain, but very satisfied with Mr. White's approach to fitness. I highly recommend him!

Good trainer! Good person! Very knowledgeable with nutrition and fitness/training. As a figure competitor, it is important to me to work with someone who is knowledgeable in that area; someone who has been there/done that. I've trained with Brian in between shows and right up to the week before a show. Whether you are prepping for a competition, just need to get in shape, or in it for the workouts, give him a call!
I went to Jamie to get back to working out and to concentrate on hmy overall fitness that I previously had. She pushed me to reach goals, not just physically. She was also someone I could talk with during each session. She was flexible with my ever changing schedule and she definitely has great effective exercises that I wouldn't have thought of!
I knew immediately when I met Ben and did my first workout with him that I found the Personal Trainer that I've been wanting to find. Ben has created workouts that are tailored to me and are getting me the results I've been looking for. Not only is Ben someone with extreme fitness and resistance training knowledge he understands my needs and goals and has gone above and beyond to make sure they are met. He pushes me everyday to do my best and he is helping me become the fit/healthy person I want to be!

Sasha explained in detail about their program, my fitness goals, and what she could do to help me meet/exceed those goals. I have been working with Sasha for 6 weeks now and love every minute of it. If you are looking for structure, dependability, consideration, flexibility, compassion and knowledge I recommended Brian as your personal trainer fitness instructor. He's always on time for are appointments. Text back almost immediately. Give me a compound workout that leaves me energetic. Always provides suggestions on proper food consumption. And let's be honest easy on the eyes 😉. I highly recommend him if you are looking to get fit. I'm sad he's leaving but I'm glad he helped me get motivated thought a tuff time in my life. Caleb is by far among the best trainers you could hope to have. After just two sessions, my joints and muscles were feeling better. After using his techniques, he was able to rid me of my dreadful ankle brace that I have been dependent on for years. Literally no longer need it anymore. He is very professional and courteous, and a downright genuine person. I swear he makes you feel like you've known him for years lol. His slow and steady approach is what makes him an effective trainer. He doesn't jump right into it, he heals you from within first, by targeting your sore and tight muscles tissues and joints first. Once you are able to move better and more efficiently, he then focuses your training on fitness. That is what I respected most about him....his slow and steady approach. Trust me, you will want to kill him at first because he doesn't take it easy on you, but you will learn to love him for it. I know I did. Unfortunately with me being on the military, I came down on orders and had to move away. But if I could pack him away in my duffle bag and take him with me, I so would. Caleb is the REAL DEAL and you will not regret hiring this man for a better you. He is awesome!

Kelsey is an excellent trainer. She is always very flexible when I need to rearrange my training sessions. She gets back to me immediately. She is also always changing up my routines to keep it interesting and challenging.
I worked with Doug 10 years ago and got amazing tesults. Immediately upon returning to the Hampton Roads area I contacted Doug again so that I can acheive the same great results. He is professional and has a love for fitness. He is dedicated and keeps it intetesting , he will push you and encourage you to reach your goal whatever that maybe for you. Cris has been my trainer for about 4 months now and let me just say, his sessions have surpassed everything I expected! I was at a plateau in my fitness journey and at a loss for what to do next. Cris helped me over that hump all while teaching me better ways to target the areas I'm mostly concerned with. I am stronger and in better shape than I was before! He also checks in to make sure I'm following my diet and is around for any questions I may have outside of our sessions. I'm a server with a small income and his prices are so affordable that using a trainer is no longer impossible for me. I highly encourage anyone needing help with fitness to train with Cris!

I've been working with Renall for the past 4 months or so and I couldn't be happier! I've never been too fond of working out before but I now look forward to the gym everyday. This newfound love can be attributed to the great relationship I've built with Renall. His attitude, smile, and humor definitely help make the time not only fun, but also go by fast. Working with Renall has helped me find motivation and, arguably, motivation may be what drives you to the gym in the first place! So yes, this is a VERY important factor I so appreciate about Renall. I only spend 30 minutes with him twice a week but I have already seen results. He pushes you through positive encouragement and strategically designed workouts to fit me and my goals/needs. I have no doubt that he does his best to get the most out of me in the 30 minutes and, therefore I do my best to work very hard within that time. It's a symbiotic relationship and I am so excited to have him as my trainer! Not only are the workouts fun and challenging, but he also educates me on the science behind the fitness to help me better understand my body and the exercises. The only thing I would like to see different is his availability. We're both busy people and it's hard to schedule times!
