I have a rental property in Portsmouth,VA and I live in upstate NY. The previous tenant left my house in need of MANY repairs and I was worried that I would not be able to get a new tenant. I hired Jackie to manage my property and she got my repairs done immediately! She also made sure they were affordable, and found new tenants to move in simultaneously. During the entire process, Jackie communicated with me and included me in all decisions made. The only regret I have is not hiring her in 2010 when I first put my property on the rental market! Jackie takes care of my property as if it was her own and that means so much since I do not live close by. Jackie is an excellent property manager!

Mrs. Pierce is a WONDERFUL property manager who really puts extra effort and time into making sure that your property is managed the correct way. She is very professional, prompt with responding to phone calls and emails and answers all questions with a high level of knowledge and expertise. I could not really rate on anything except communication because we only spoke about sending the management agreement. the only thing I really dis not appreciate was that she requested a rating from me but no work was done. We had only spoken once via email and then she asked me to rate her.
